Integrated Teaming (IT)

The purpose of IT is to form and sustain an integrated team for the development of work products. The integrated team members share a common goal and vision. They operate in accordance with established operating principles and ground rules.

An example of integrated team – SAM + IVS or SAM + DCG etc. It can also be 2 different project teams who share a common program level goal

The goals at this PA are:

1. Establish Team Composition
2. Govern Team Operation

Organizational Environment for Integration (OEI) : The purpose of OEI is to provide the required infrastructure and manage people for integration. The organization must raise performance expectation from all projects while providing mechanisms that stimulate both team and individual excellence. Important things that the organization must provide are: workplace that maximizes productivity, set of standard processes and guidelines, tools, process assets etc.

The goals at this PA are:

1. Provide infrastructure
2. Manage people for Integration
